Uno Mas works with schools to deliver programmes that go beyond the curriculum. Movement, mindset and real personal development — the tools young people need to thrive, built around your school's specific needs and outcomes.
We start with a taster. We build from there. And the schools who commit to the full programme see results that go far beyond the sessions themselves.

Uno Mas delivered two six-week enrichment programmes at Kings Leadership Academy Hawthornes, working with Year 9 and Year 10 students across movement, mindset and personal development.
In Week 1, 14% of students reported applying what they'd learned outside of sessions. By Week 6 — that number was 100%.
The programme is now being integrated fully into the school curriculum from September, with an additional KS3 programme added covering healthy eating, positive mindset and growth — directly supporting PSHE requirements and Gatsby Benchmarks.
"Ethan & uno mas came into Kings with one objective — to impact the students in a positive way, especially with a tough group of boys. Through movement, mental wellbeing and personal development they have exceeded those expectations. We've seen a rise in attendance on the Thursday and a push in the right direction with our Gatsby benchmarks. We're excited to have uno mas integrated fully into our curriculum in September."

As part of their Enrichment Week, Uno Mas delivered two back-to-back sessions at Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School — 60 students per session, 120 students in a single day.
Fast. Explosive. Energetic. But also educational — health, wellbeing, movement and mindset woven through every activity. Challenges, games and real moments of reflection, all packed into a single high-impact session.
This is the taster model working at scale. A brilliant preview of what Uno Mas can do — and exactly what it's designed to be: the spark that starts the conversation about something more.
Designed to meet your targets. Uno Mas programmes directly support PSHE delivery, Gatsby Benchmarks, attendance improvements, and whole-school wellbeing strategies.
Uno Mas delivered a movement and mindset session for Year 5 and 6 students at Northcote Primary School — a timely intervention as pupils began preparations for SATs and the transition into Year 7.
Building confidence, resilience and a positive relationship with movement at exactly the moment young people need it most. Simple tools they can take with them — into their exams and beyond.
This isn't just about physical activity. It's about giving young people the mindset skills that will serve them for life.
