About This Retreat
You arrive busy.

Most people give everything to everyone else. Their business. Their family. Their commitments. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — they forget to give anything back to themselves.
This retreat is four days in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales designed to change that. Not through luxury alone — but through movement, honest conversation, breathwork, incredible food, and the kind of stillness that's hard to find when you're always on.
You'll share this experience with a maximum of 8 people. It's intimate by design. Because the real shifts don't happen in a crowd — they happen in a room where everyone is showing up honestly.

Arrive & Reset
You arrive into the countryside and slow things down straight away. The goal is simple — arrive busy, leave the day already feeling lighter.
- Arrive, settle in and take in the surroundings

- Breathwork session to begin the reset
- Intention setting and a relaxed evening atmosphere
Friday 29 May
Reconnect
A full day focused on movement, mindset and energy. Designed to help you reconnect with yourself — physically and mentally.

Your Weekend Wellness Partner
Meet Nicki.
Nicki is one of the most respected holistic wellness practitioners around — running a high-end clinic covering everything from advanced skin treatments to full body assessments. She brings an approach to health and wellbeing that looks at the whole person, not just the surface.
During the retreat, Nicki will offer each guest a private, intimate one-on-one session. Think less treatment, more conversation — a personal consultation and breakdown of what will genuinely work for you as an individual, and how to take that forward when you get home.
It's one of the most personal and powerful parts of the weekend.
