The Reset Retreat is a deep, immersive five-hour experience combining mindful movement, transformational coaching, somatic work, breathwork and meditation. Guided by Ethan and Rose — two people who have dedicated themselves to this work and know how to hold a room.

Welcome & Settle In
Arrive, grab some refreshments, meet the room. A few minutes to land before the day begins.
12:00pm — Ethan
Intention Setting & Mindful Movement
We open together — setting intentions and letting go of what we don't need to carry. Into mindful movement to open the body, the mind and the soul. Releasing tension and tightness, finishing with a grounding stretch and meditation of gratitude and self-reflection.

Rest & Refreshments
A moment to breathe, connect with people, replenish with nutritious bites and prepare for the second half.
Afternoon — Rose
Deep Reset — Somatic & Transformational Work
Rose takes you on a guided journey of regulation, release and resetting. A deep dive into self-identity. Breathwork to activate the nervous system. Somatic movements to release stagnant energy. Education you can apply at home. All building to a powerful closing alignment meditation to embody your higher self.

You leave with nutritious food to take home, new tools to use, and something that's genuinely shifted inside. That's the goal. That's the promise.

Meet Ethan.
Founder of Uno Mas.
Ethan built Uno Mas from lived experience — not theory. He's been through the hard seasons. The money pressures, the low periods, the moments of wondering if things were ever going to turn around. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, he found that the answer was always simpler than he'd made it.
One more step. One more decision. One more reason to keep going.
That's the philosophy behind everything he does — and it's what he brings into every session, every retreat, every room he walks into. Ethan doesn't coach from a pedestal. He shows up as himself, creates space for others to do the same, and guides movement sessions that are as much about the mind as the body.
His sessions are grounding, energising and real. You'll leave feeling like something has opened up — physically, mentally, and in ways that are hard to put into words until you're in it.

Meet Rose.
Transformational & Somatic Coach.
Rose is one of those rare people who makes you feel something shift just by being in the room with her. A transformational and somatic coach who brings energy, movement and deeply mindful work into everything she does.
Her sessions combine meditation, somatic release, breathwork and self-identity coaching — all guided with real education and genuine warmth. She doesn't just facilitate an experience. She holds it in a way that makes people feel safe enough to go deep.
Together, Ethan and Rose have created a day that covers the full spectrum — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each element is intentional. Each one builds on the last.

A stunning studio space — bright, calm and purpose-built for exactly this kind of work. Well known in Liverpool for its quality and atmosphere. The venue is part of the experience.
